Mintel Land Management started small — driveways, debris hauls, the jobs bigger outfits did not want to bother with. We did them ourselves, did them right, and earned the next one. Over more than ten years that work grew into heavy structure demolition: full house teardowns, commercial buildings, pool removals, and the site work that gets a lot ready to build again.

What never changed is who is running the machines. We own and run our own fleet, so the crew that quotes your job is the crew standing on the site doing the work. There is no salesman handing you off to a subcontractor, no rental truck that might not show. You deal with the owner-operator from the first call to the final grade.

That accountability matters most on the jobs where it counts — luxury homes, waterfront lots, and commercial sites where a careless crew can do real damage.
