Most house demolitions in Central Florida run between $8,000 and $20,000. Smaller single-story homes land on the lower end, and larger two-story houses with concrete foundations land on the higher end. That range already includes hauling the debris off — we do not leave you with a pile to deal with.
No two lots are the same, so the only way to get a real number is a quick walkthrough. But here is what actually drives the price, in plain English.
What Drives the Price
- Size of the structure. A 1,200 square foot home is a different job than a 3,000 square foot two-story. More square footage means more material to take down and haul off.
- Access to the lot. If we can pull the machines right up to the house, the job moves fast. Tight lots, fences, or close neighbors slow things down.
- Foundation type. A slab is straightforward. A full basement or a deep concrete foundation takes more time and more disposal.
- Disposal and tonnage. Roofing, concrete, and old fill all add weight, and weight is what you pay to dump. We handle the haul-off and the dump fees so it is one clean number.
Why Owner-Operated Saves You Money
A lot of demolition companies sub the work out and stack a markup on top. We do not. Kyle owns and runs the machines, so when you call, you are talking to the person who shows up and does the work. No middleman, no markup, and one number you can trust.
We also pull the permits and close out the paperwork, so you are not chasing the county. When we leave, the lot is clean and ready for whatever you are building next.
